Position Purpose:
The North Carolina Football Club, owner and operator of two affiliated professional soccer teams: the North Carolina Courage (NWSL) and North Carolina FC (USL Championship), is seeking a contracted
Graphic Designer , for a 3-6 month assignment, to assist the team in designing high-quality digital assets for our team brands across multiple channels. Working directly with the marketing team and internal creative staff, we are continuously aiming to increase brand awareness and engage with our fan base in new and creative ways.
Job Responsibilities:Design high-quality graphical elements for various marketing collateral including digital, print, in-stadium and other promotional materials.Create and edit digital assets for the North Carolina FC and NC Courage brands to use on various social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.Work closely with the marketing team in creating collateral for various campaigns across all channels.Execute design production tasks including the maintenance of existing designs and file management.Assist with special projects as needed.Required Qualifications:

Degree in graphic design, advertising or similar field and/or equivalent of 1-3 years' experience in graphic design.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is necessary. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign.Experience with After Effects and Camera Raw preferred.Excellent communication and organizational skills.High attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a member of a team.Deep understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook.Excellent time management and prioritization skills.Ability to work nights and weekends to support gameday activities during the season.Support, live, and champion the club values of Integrity, Community, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.Must reside in or near the Raleigh area.

Compensation:
$23-$25 per hour, with an average of 30 hours of work per week.
Work Arrangement:
The ideal candidate must be available to work in the office for 4 days per week and with the opportunity to work remote 1 day per week.
