We are seeking a Marketing Services Coordinator to join our Houston-Galleria office. This position is a key role in providing support to our clients and sales professionals. You will work closely with our sales professionals, developing presentations and marketing materials, managing a diverse range of key corporate transaction services, including market research, lease abstracts and site selection assistance.

This role requires heavy focus on coordination, customer-service orientation and is instrumental to the company's marketing efforts, including brand strategy, email marketing, graphic design, print production, and more. The successful candidate will help improve Moody Rambin's competitive advantage in the marketplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will assist the sales professionals with their strategy, preparation and delivery of high-profile client proposals and presentations.Manage and execute marketing initiatives to achieve volume, sales, and profit objectives.Coordinate and assist in business development and project management needs including organizing team meetings, conducting market research, gathering content, consolidating edits and curating content into a cohesive marketing package.Serve as a member of the shared support team and plug into any product vertical team where help is needed.Assist in creating and distributing press releases through local media sources.Manage and maintain listings by tracking, updating and producing activity reports.Create and coordinate email marketing campaigns.Develop a variety of marketing materials such as: graphics and mapping, flyer design, sign/banners, print and digital advertising, proposal creation, tour books, and more.Maintain Moody Rambin brand, product, office and client messaging and consistency by applying templates to produce marketing materials, while also having the ability to create new marketing templates, as needed.Assist and prepare real estate documents, including proposals, exclusive representation agreements, lease amendments, listing agreements, etc.Oversees CRM platform and performs regular maintenance.Attends weekly broker meetings and performs other office duties as assigned. Provides general office support for assigned staff.Coordinates and manages internal expenses and revenues reporting requirements.Periodic travel within Houston for presentations.EXPERIENCE:

Degreed or commensurate work experience is required.2+ years of marketing experience-commercial real estate (preferred).Excellent written and oral communication skills.Works collaboratively as part of a team to provide creative solutions to client real estate needs.Exceptional organizational skills, ability to organize/prioritize departmental projects, and demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate within and between departments.Understanding of and commitment to superior client service.Upholds the highest standards in spelling, grammar, and style.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with demanding workload.The preferred candidate is self-directed, team-oriented and customer focused mindset.Provides excellent customer service, including responding promptly to team requests and meeting commitments.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Photoshop), to create and design marketing and presentation materials.Computer literate: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe (PDF)At Moody Rambin, our keen market knowledge, and industry leadership have made us Houston's largest, locally owned commercial real estate brokerage and management firm.
