The Manager, Marketing Operations is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the marketing operations team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing marketing campaign execution, optimizing processes, and driving data-driven insights. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing operations and support the overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

Manage the marketing operations team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, and fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of marketing assets and adherence to project timelines.Develop and implement streamlined processes for the marketing operations team to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of deliverables.Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Creative, Digital, and Media teams, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration in the execution of marketing campaigns.Monitor and track campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization and making recommendations for improvements to drive ROI and business results.Manage marketing project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking spend against budget to ensure cost-effective marketing operations.Follows and contributes to the development of the strategy and plan for the department.Maintain and update marketing project management tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for all stakeholders.Support the development and execution of marketing strategies, providing insights and recommendations based on campaign performance and market trends.Identify and implement best practices for marketing operations, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.Provide regular reports on marketing operations performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement to senior leadership.Qualifications

6+ years of relevant work experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related field.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of relevant work experience.2+ years of experience in previous leadership role.Experience managing teams and coordinating marketing campaigns.Proven ability to develop and implement streamlined processes for marketing operations.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Preferred

Experience in a supervisory or managerial role, with a track record of successful team management.Proficient in marketing automation platforms and data analytics tools.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.Ability to multi-task effectively without compromising the quality of the work.Detail-oriented, organized, process-focused, problem-solver, proactive, ambitious, and customer service focused.Ability to respond to common inquiries from customers, staff, regulatory agencies, vendors, and other members of the business community.Ability to address conflict as it arises.Self-motivated, reliable individual capable of working independently as well as part of a team.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to draw conclusions and make data driven decisions.Understands and models the PDS We BelievesBenefits
