At Vetted, we are focused on building a new way of veterinary care ensuring that pets have the best access to whole-istic preventative care focusing on pets' health and wellness.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented well-rounded Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2C background in marketing in digital, email, local marketing, in-store marketing, and preferably retail store/stores, sales promotion, events, and offline advertising.

This role requires a person to manage marketing and sales to consumers, the ability to work with strategic goals and plans, a creative mindset, and a team player who is a people person (who really loves pets).

Our audience is younger pet parents in major urban areas. The Marketing role needs to be able to focus on two types of marketing: existing customers focusing on upsell and loyalty, as well as recruiting new customers - in equal capacity.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, online and offline, to increase brand visibility and drive customer bookings at clinicsImplement and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, online advertising and more

Social Media/Content Management:

Manage freelance writers, contributing designers, and advertising specialists, across social platforms to engage with locally segmented target audience.Create and manage a variety of marketing materials, including flyers, blogs and digital content

Email & CRM Marketing:

Plan and execute email marketing and text-based campaigns, including overseeing design templates, and actionable content. Analyze campaign performance and focus on continuously improving performance.

Local Marketing:

Plan and execute geo-based mobile campaigns, context-based messaging, and location-based targeting in real-time.

Offline Marketing:

Plan and execute local advertising, marketing communications production, print materials, customer community events, and marketing & sales presentations.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital and overall marketing efforts, as an ongoing business routine.Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, highlighting areas for improvement and optimization.Stay informed about competition, industry trends, and emerging technologies and educate the team about relevant and new findings

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across all channels.

Qualifications:

2+ years of marketing experience in email, digital ,social media and local marketing, a mustExperience with email marketing platforms and other marketing tools such as HubSpot, WebFlow, Figma, Klickrr and moreStrong project management and organizational skillsExperience in consumer facing retail marketing, in large cities - an advantageSelf-starter and ability to work independently with a "roll up your sleeves" approachAbility to work methodically, absorb constructive feedback and meet deadlinesAn optimistic, goal- oriented and team-spirited mindsetCreative mindset with the ability to think strategy and execute promptly.Excellent written, verbal and in-person communication and presentation skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights related to sales.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.A genuine appreciation for animalsBenefits :
