Job Title: Director, Sales and Marketing

SUMMARY: Develops and executes the business strategies to retain and grow the Digital Signage business. Responsible for driving sales, customer interaction, marketing and growing the relationship with strategic partners.

Lincoln Industries is expanding its horizons with a new business segment and is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial-minded Account Executive to lead this venture. This role demands a dynamic individual who is aggressive, sales-driven, and eager to drive growth and success in uncharted territory. As the primary sales and marketing person for this new segment, you will play a crucial role in establishing our presence, building a customer base, and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities:Market Penetration: Identify and target potential customers in the new business segment. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, research, and proactive outreach. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Articulate the value propositions of Lincoln Industries' products and services effectively.Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Handle objections and resolve customer concerns promptly.Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales materials tailored to the new business segment.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities within the new segment. Provide insights and recommendations to inform business strategies.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE:

Reports to: Manager, Integrated Design & Frame SolutionsSupervises: May potentially supervise additional sales team with revenue successQUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted for the expected levels of education and experience required.

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a new or emerging business segment.Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for achieving and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Education and/or Experience:

Expected: Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and/or at least 5 years experience in the field or in a related area.

Preferred: Outbound tele-sales experience. Face to face sales experience. Knowledge of school systems. Knowledge of LED digital signage.

Travel: Primarily car travel in assigned territory (Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, South Dakota, Kansas). Additional travel may be required as necessary.

Communication Skills:

Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language.Ability to build immediate rapport with customers over the phoneAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.Must be able to communicate effectively in writing emails and customer mailers.Other Skills:

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
