User Interface (UI) Developers
to create great looking user interface designs for web, mobile, and desktop. You are passionate, committed and enjoy collaborating with others to find new solutions to complex business challenges. What you will do
You will build new UI components with quality front end code that fulfills the technical requirements for usability and cross-platform/system scalability while enabling a superior user interfaceWhere possible, you will drive efficiencies by building modular layouts, reusable code and libraries for future useYou will collaborate with other stakeholders including design teams, back end developers, product management and quality engineeringYou will help back-end developers with testing and troubleshootingYou will stay up to date on emerging technologiesYou will edit functional requirements documentationYou will help set technical standards and best practices for the front end teamWhat experience you need
BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent job experience required5+ years of experience in creating and implementing UI designsYou have a mastery of modern application programming languages including advanced CSS, Javascript and modern JavaScript UI frameworksYou have in-depth understanding of browser rending enginesYou have experience working in an Agile/Scrum development processYou exhibit a commitment to lifelong learning since technology is always changingYou have the ability to think outside the box to solve problems creativelyYou have the ability to communicate effectively so that all involved understand what is being doneWhat could set you apart
You have knowledge of web components, ES6 and TypeScriptYou have experience with unit and automation testing (Jasmine, Protractor, Mocha)You have experience with CSS preprocessors (less, sass)You have knowledge of Domain Driven Design concepts and microservicesYou have knowledge of REST API design and implementationYou have knowledge of NoSQL data stores (MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4J, CouchDB)You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and can easily communicate your ideas
