The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Senior Director of Marketing and Neutral Recruiting and will coordinate and assist with development of marketing policies, marketing/advertising programs, market research, sponsorships, marketing materials and content and messaging via live and virtual events, digital marketing, social media, and traditional media. The ideal candidate must have a "roll up your sleeves" mentality and excellent people skills to ensure all marketing needs of the company are met. This hands-on, highly collaborative, professional should be passionate about producing strategic marketing communications that raise the company's profile and help drive sales to achieve the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities/Requirements:• Oversee and coordinate all marketing events and maintain Event Spreadsheet.• Assist in the development and maintain up-to-date website content.• Work in coordination with the Senior Director to devise and execute our promotional material in all appropriate media including print and digital publications.• Create valuable content for all marketing channels. Develop compelling content that aligns with company focus and goals and that generates leads. Assist in creation of and maintain a distribution plan for content into key channels.• Produce valuable content for all channels and platforms, ensuring consistency and high-quality content, including press releases, web/email announcements, social media posts, etc.• Solicit articles to be authored by NAM neutrals or other company employees and coordinate with team to ensure strategic placement in appropriate publications both digital and print.• Identify and execute the facilitation of industry surveys and nominations.• Assist with new neutral integration, including writing/reviewing announcements of new neutrals, their bios and related materials ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality.• Maintain and execute our social media strategy.• Maintain our CRM system and facilitate appropriate mailing lists for events, targeted client outreach and other communications.• Prepare internal/external marketing communications and press releases.• Participate in and support responses to proposal opportunities.• Assist with lead generation of sales for company.• Work with internal parties (sales, business development, CLE, IT, business units, finance) and external parties (neutrals, service providers, etc.) to craft and implement marketing communication strategies and activities.• Promote the company's brand, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and authenticity of messaging and brand positioning across all practice and service areas and platforms.• Actively develop and execute multidisciplinary campaigns to raise the company's profile and support sales efforts and company visibility.• Assist with conceptualization and enhancement of marketing materials/assets, including the website, marketing and sales collateral, advertising, event-related materials, etc.• Coordinate with other marketing team members to ensure an efficient and consistent daily workflow.Knowledge & Skills• Proficient in marketing and corporate communications with 2 - 4 years of experience, preferably within the legal community.• Polished, detail-oriented, self-starter who is a team player with a proven track record of creating and implementing strategic growth programs.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write, as well as edit/proof effectively.• Content development and presentation skills.• Superior organizational and documentation skills.• Creative, inquisitive, and passionate about understanding and telling the company's story in an authentic manner.• Thorough understanding of market development, strategies, and practices.• Hands-on experience with the following CMS/CRM tools: HubSpot and ZoomInfo.• Strong knowledge of WordPress.• Ability to analyze data to refine marketing campaigns and optimize return on investment.• Dependable, able to follow through and meet deadlines.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without being flustered, able to multi-task.• Computer proficient

Education• A bachelor's degree

LocationWe are located in Nassau County. Remote work (1 - 2 days per week) may be considered after candidate is trained and fully versed in the company's business, policies and procedures.
