Who You Are:

Are you a recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a passion and interest in expanding your creative skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? If so, you may be an excellent fit for our upcoming Fall 2024 DELVE Internship Program in Louisville, Colorado!

In this role, reporting to the Design Team Lead, you'll be a key part of DELVE's Creative Team in your support of client creative initiatives across digital and DELVE's activation team, as well as our internal marketing and sales team. This internship will last approximately 12 weeks (September through December) with the potential to move to a full-time role thereafter. The ideal candidate will be extremely driven to learn, grow their career in digital marketing, and remain a valuable member of the DELVE team!

What you'll do:

Collect Resources + Data: Review and gather information, materials and competitor research to support content creation and design, including imagery, copy, and other brand-related resources.Design Concepts + Campaigns: Translate and transform gathered insights and materials into innovative on-brand concept designs and campaigns for clients and our internal marketing team. Bring ideas to life by designing compelling layouts that effectively arrange art and copy, while adhering to the overall aesthetics, brand guidelines, and production specifications requested.Iterate Design Concepts: Responsively iterate designs for digital channels, formats, and sizes.Design Brand Assets: Resourcing images, and creating cohesive color palettes and design elements.Support Sales Initiatives: Provide layout and design support for RFPs, and pitch decks, creating visually compelling presentations that capture our ideas effectively.Manage Design Archives: Organizing and maintaining a comprehensive archive of your design work, ensuring all assets, concepts, and final designs are easily accessible, adhering to our archive process.What we're looking for:

Recent college graduate (2023/2024)Strong interest in digital marketing, specifically in creativeProficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects), and KeynoteExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and under time sensitive deadlinesAssist in the creation of engaging and visually appealing designs, graphics and layouts that align with client brand guidelines and campaign objectivesSupport the production and adaptation of creative assets across various digital platforms, ensuring consistency and qualityWhat you'll need:

Completion of three years of study in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, digital advertising, communications, or a related fieldA minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higherProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or other design toolsWhat DELVE offers:
