We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager for a key role within the Creative Services Team that's focused on managing the project workflow and calendar. SUMMARY OF POSITION :

Primary responsibilities of this role are to lead the department's project management process ensuring proper submission, scheduling, and time management of a wide variety of creative deliverables. Review project in-take, assigning, routing, and status updates for all creative projects. Ensure that all projects are submitted with required information, key tasks are met and project deadlines are met. Other primary responsibility includes production assistance of all photo shoot requirements to support all brands in the portfolio, including pre-pro planning, shot list creation, sample management, booking talent, outfitting talent, coordinating shoot days with studios both internal and external and budget reconciliation. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, motivated, passionate about process, and strives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, entrepreneurial environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Manage project management tools (Workfront & Monday.com) of all creative marketing requestsOwn work-in-process meetings and project status communication for creative teamOwn cross-functional bi weekly meeting Marketing and product Sync, which ensures collaboration of new products, briefs and shoot needs are being addressed and communication shared out across the teamsSupport DAM system ensuring assets are uploaded and tagged appropriately.Own the yearly content calendar keeping it updated with GTM milestones across the businessCollaborate on seasonal production calendars and inform of target tasks datesCreate detailed workback schedules, assign and communicate deadlines for various key project tasksReview and schedule creative team projects, factoring bandwidth and prioritiesIdentify and monitor missing information in project briefs with project requestersAssist in collection of job resources as neededMonitor team workload, adjust and communicate projects and deadlines when necessaryActively participate in team meetingsAbility to understand direction, requirements, and objectives within project briefsUnderstanding of all stages of design development lifecycleCommunicate to senior marketing team project statusMaintain structure of file naming, storing and organzingEstablish, maintain and iterate project request formsPerform work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing projects to meet deadlinesOther duties as assignedMust be detail-oriented, well organized and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environmentPOSITION SPECIFICS:

This is a full-time positionTypical work hours and days are Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are in office 3 days/weekThis position is based out of the Fountain Valley, CA officePay Transparency

The Company is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.The salary range for this role in Fountain Valley, CA is $100,000.00 - $125,000.00In addition, you may be eligible for additional compensation, such as a bonus. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including health & wellness benefits, retirement, time off, employee discounts, and others.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree and formal training in marketing, communication, design, business or related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experience in Marketing and Project Management, ideally with creative servicesIn-depth expertise in project management systems, ideally WorkFront & Monday.comExperience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook essentialStrong communication and listening skillsDetail oriented, highly organized and a keen eye for consistencyMust be team-oriented, dedicated, inquisitive, and collaborativeSelf-starter and ability to work independentlyStrong work ethic, personal accountability & excellent communication skillsStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage time & projects to meet deadlines
