As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing creative deliverables from concept to completion, including but not limited to emails, webpages, and social media assets. We're looking for someone who is proactive, positive, and passionate about creating beautiful and functional designs. You'll also be highly skilled in communication, a quick problem solver, have exceptional time management skills, and high attention to detail. You'll be collaborating with a team of designers, developers, and account coordinators.

Responsibilities:

Design large scale, business-critical projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision using Adobe CC and various web appsCreate assets for email, web pages, and social mediaEnsure that all work aligns with our clients' brand guidelinesAssist in upkeep of client brand profiles and asset organizationInterpret projects briefs to meet clients' needsFollow internal processesCollaborate with and clearly communicate around projects with internal teamsKeep abreast of current design and industry trendsSchedule emails and social media posts on behalf of clientsAssisting junior designers with best practices for time and task management and creating and presenting high quality design workOccasionally supporting Senior Designers and Design Team Lead with tasks such as delegating and following up on tasks, leading huddles and trainings, diagnosing problems and communication gaps across teams, and onboarding new designers to the teamKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Proficient understanding of key design principles such as such as typographical hierarchy, alignment, white space, etc. Has intermediate-advanced eye for designAbility to adapt design style to fit multiple brands visual languages, expert ability to maintain brand consistency in designsExcels in collaborative environmentsPassion for tech and innovationProficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to manage time well to complete assigned tasks by deadlineAbility to adapt and learn quicklyCreative & quick problem-solving skillsConsistent and ReliableVery organized, high level of efficiency and accuracy (very detail oriented)Expert in internal design tools including Adobe CC, Figma, etcBeginner HTML & CSS knowledgeCompetent UX/UI design knowledgeBeginner to Competent copywriting skillsCompetent animation skills (Adobe Animate, Adobe After Effects, CapCut)Beginner marketing strategy and brand positioning skills, comfortable applying this knowledge to design workComfortable receiving and asking for feedback, comfortable providing team feedback to team leadBeginner public speaking and presentation skills - comfortable leading short trainings and demosVery comfortable explaining complex design ideasProficient ability to work well under pressure. Able to manage stress and deal with unforeseen challenges.Confident with change, is flexible, adaptable, and open-mindedMinimum Qualifications:

At least 2 years work experience OR equivalent combination of education and freelance experience in Graphic DesignProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop)Portfolio requiredPreferred Qualifications:
