We are looking for a motivated Senior Product Designer to join our team working on the Membership team to take our account creation and management experiences to the next level, drive member acquisition and retention, and meet our high bar for quality + craft. What you'll do:

Design and deliver end-to-end product flows/UX/UI that translate big abstract ideas into concrete solutions.Work closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure CLEAR is building the right solutions that address the highest-order needs of both our business and users.Define simple, elegant solutions for complex problems, creating friction-free experiences.Be a fierce advocate for best-in-class UX/UI across the entire design lifecycle of our products both in the experience design, as well as the visual design of core products.Have a consumer-centered approach to design, conducting research, and utilizing data to inform decisions and optimize product performance.Map user flows, design, prototype, test, and iterate on new features and products before and post-launch.Effectively communicate your ideas with openness to feedback and alternative viewpoints.Create best-in-class UX/UI and help maintain design systems, libraries, and patterns.Produce and spec elegant, usable, and responsive UI to high-fidelity deliverables for development within known tech constraints.How you'll measure success:

Through well-crafted and articulated UX, UI, Research, and Content design, you will drive incremental revenue via more seamless Member experiences (login, enrollment, upgrade, cancel-save offers, etc.) and reduce Member Care case volumes by enabling self-serve capabilities for MembersContribution to and maintenance of interaction patterns and libraries, with experience building out design systems, cross-platform, for visual style, typography, color, spacing, and motion.Drive the right UX Research, both qualitative and quantitative, to yield insightful, actionable, data-driven design decisions, including but not limited to user interviews, usability testing, customer journey mapping, and existing data analysis.What you're great at:

6+ years of experience designing innovative consumer experiences across apps and the web.Possess a strong portfolio that demonstrates your proven track record of success.Passion for understanding user behavior and anticipating new use cases and a curiosity for improving consumer product experiences and internal systems alike.You take calculated risks: you're comfortable with designing to learn, unafraid of making mistakes, and finding the balance between data-driven decision-making and intuition.Experience working on consumer self-serve, enrollment, and internal tooling products is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects at once and execute in a fast-paced environment.Ability to write, synthesize, and/or analyze usability tests and apply the insights to your solutions.Experience developing and conducting discovery and service design research.Strong proficiency with current design tools including Figma, Principle, Lottie, and Abstract.Experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript is a plus.

The base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $175,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR's salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR's total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
