Job Summary

The Field Visual Manager will ensure that the implementation of visual initiatives directed by Winston and the client are being executed consistently across store locations within a designated region. This role will oversee a Field Training Associate who ensures that all field talent adhere to submitting regular reports and provides timely and actionable feedback. In addition, the Field Visual Manager will support the Visual Merchandisers on in-store execution for each store within their region. The role will interview, onboard and train the Visual Merchandisers and review daily store visit reports and photos of work executed.

Job Duties

Leads and manage Field Training Associate to inspire, coach, and develop the team members in enhancing store presentation and delivering the best store experience along with supporting a client-centric environment.

Editor in chief and reviewer of daily SVRs (Store Visit Reports).Ensure that all field training associates adhere to reviewing regular reports and provide timely and actionable feedback.Oversee final interviews for strong visual candidates across the region.Demonstrate Winston's execution and consistency of focus across assigned stores.Provide feedback for continuous improvement in quality of execution as well as documentation of work completed.Support the Lead Visual Merchandiser to ensure that talent is on-boarded successfully.Drive the training and inspiration of our Winston talent to achieve flawless execution and increased retention rate.Provide coaching and virtual training to all on-floor merchandisers.

Ensure SVRs/Photos are to the Winston standard for client review and coach the field team to raise the communication standard and merchandising abilities by providing coaching and feedback to the field team consistently.Utilize and strengthen the Store Visit Report/Photo process to visualize and communicate results.Coach and train the Lead Visual Merchandisers to ensure they have an expert-level command of the client's merchandising guidelines.Support Lead Visual Merchandiser on visual execution questions with a positive, professional, solution-oriented approach.Ensure the Lead Visual Merchandisers have the training and tools to maximize our presence and impact results.On-floor merchandising execution. (approximately 2-3 visits per month)

Support the Lead Visual Merchandiser on the retail floor to ensure merchandising guidelines are correctly executed in select locations only.Ensure Branding/POS signage and on-floor initiatives are executed on the selling floorEnsure the retail floor shows a compelling visual presentation.Qualifications

Education and Experience

3-5 years of retail, wholesale or branded apparel experienceBA/BS Degree or Fashion/Merchandising DegreePrevious work as a retail coordinator or regional at an apparel company, preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and writtenExcellent and proven training, coaching, and presentationPeople management, development and assessment resulting in a strongVisual merchandising talent and top-level merchandise coordinatorComputer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email, the ability to master our field visit report/photo reporting system and utilize digital photography.Strong independent work ethic and businessAbility to adjust to change regularly andMotivated by working with a variety of brands, categories, andProven organizational and time management
