Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Partner Marketing Advisor/Specialist responsible for planning and managing marketing-initiated activities with our partner community within the allocated budgetary guidelines and deadlines. They must understand how to develop and execute various activities by collaborating with internal and external resources.

Our ideal candidate would have prior marketing experience as well as experience working in or collaborating within a channel partner program. The core of this role is to help develop marketing plans, execute events, and create marketing content and sales tools to support partners’ products and services to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel partnership programs and marketing campaigns to drive demand generation
  • Work with the marketing leadership to enhance the growth of partnership marketing strategies
  • Collaborate across the marketing team to design partner collateral, including presentations, emails, brochures, case studies, etc.
  • Correspond with partner resources by developing an effective communications framework that informs partners of promotions, solution updates, etc.
  • Recommend solutions and develop joint marketing plans with partners

Requirements:

  • Excellent written, communication, and verbal skills
  • Dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in PR, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of marketing experience in a partner-facing role
  • Proficiency in B2B SaaS marketing is a bonus
  • Knowledge of SaaS marketing automation software
  • A solid grasp of Salesforce or a related PRM software
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of associates
