Job DescriptionNeed candidates that have experience using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS):Solutions complex ETL-related technical tasks, identifies potential issues, resolves issues, and drives tasks to successful completion on or ahead of schedule.Understands processes and procedures and advocates for their use with all project members both inside and outside the ETL team.Mentors other team members in areas of expertise and ETL processes and standards and participates in code reviews.Informs Management of project issues; escalates issues in a timely manner, and asks for assistance when needed.Multi-tasks simultaneous assignments, prioritizing ETL tasks, ensuring all tasks are completed on or ahead of schedule.Develops, tests, manages, and implements ETL packages and applications within the standards set by the team.Solves complex issues in innovative ways.Tunes and troubleshoots ETL applications.Performs standard ETL administration tasks such as deployment, package migration and relocation, and managing metadata.Prepares ETL packages for deployment to development, test, and production environments following all Release Management policies.Automates processes where appropriate.Participates in the on-call rotation.

Knowledge, SkillsAnalytical skills in a SQL environmentETL design and development knowledge using the Microsoft BI tool set, specifically SSISDatabase knowledgeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to abide by Client's policies and valuesAbility to maintain attendance to support required quality and quantity of workMaintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers.
