Reporting to the General Manager, AI, this role is responsible for leading LogicMonitor’s content marketing efforts for the Edwin AI product portfolio, while also contributing to inbound pipeline creation efforts across all regions. As part of an incubation team within LogicMonitor, you will wear multiple hats and be the chief architect of the content strategy and be responsible for creating compelling content that drives inbound leads, supports pipeline growth and elevates Edwin AI’s market presence.A successful candidate will be strategic, results-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working with a large team of high-performers who thrive in an environment of continuous innovation. This individual will build and manage a complex framework by which data-driven decisions fuel LogicMonitor’s growth, and they will have expertise in overseeing broad capabilities across the following functional areas:Integrated Campaign Marketing

– inbound lead development (MDRs), ABM, persona-based nurtures, distribution/syndication channels, promotions, launchesDigital Marketing

– collaborate with central Marketing team on organic SEO, paid media (Google AdWords, Bing, LinkedIn, paid social), review sites (Capterra, G2 Crowd, IT Central Station, TrustRadius)Here's a closer look at this key role:Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with Edwin AI’s business goalsCreate high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership piecesOptimize content for SEO and lead generationCollaborate with the demand generation team to create content that supports campaign objectivesEnsure consistent quality of planning and execution for demand generation programs that support quarterly pipeline and bookings targetsAlign inbound lead generation channels to drive market interest, buying intent, and pipeline opportunityDrive demand gen targets and pipeline forecasts in support of marketing, sales, and company objectivesDevelop content for nurture streams and lead magnetsContribute to the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaignsSupport social media efforts for Edwin AIContribute to email marketing campaigns and strategyTrack and analyze content performance metricsUse data-driven insights to continuously improve content strategy and executionReport on content marketing KPIs and their impact on pipeline and revenueWork closely with product, sales, and technical teams to ensure content accuracy and relevanceWhat You'll Need:7+ years of content marketing experience, preferably in high-growth B2B tech or SaaS, driving revenue impactProven track record of creating content that drives leads and contributes to pipeline growthStrong understanding of AI, machine learning, and IT infrastructure conceptsExperience with content management systems, SEO best practices, and analytics toolsFamiliarity with marketing automation platforms and demand generation tacticsExperience working in fast-paced, startup-like environmentsStrong project management and organizational skillsExperience marketing to IT technology buyers at various levels in a recurring revenue modelCore understanding of web analytics and conversion rate optimization to drive opportunity prioritizationProven success in developing actionable segmentation strategies to drive awareness and lead acquisition effortsAbility to navigate ambiguity, make informed decisions with the best available data, and navigate competing prioritiesExceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
