ROLE:As a Launch Partner at our esteemed photography company, you will embark on a journey of enchantment, guiding and inspiring partner studios and photographers across the realm. Your primary quest will be to orchestrate, facilitate, and deliver transformative training programs that empower our partners to wield their cameras with unparalleled skill and artistry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
60% of Your Quest:
Journey to studio locations far and wide, where you shall ignite the flames of knowledge through hands-on training sessions. You shall schedule these gatherings with meticulous care, equipping attendees with indispensable tools such as enchanted website links, applications, and spellbinding handouts.
40% of Your Quest:
Strategize and execute comprehensive training campaigns that enrich the craft of our photographers. Dive deep into the arcane arts of technique, artistry, and compliance, ensuring our standards shimmer like the brightest star in the night sky. Seek out new realms where training is needed, adapting existing spells and conjuring new materials to further our cause.
10% of Your Quest:
Keep your mind attuned to the currents of change and innovation in the training realm. Share your knowledge at council meetings, where wisdom flows like the rivers of time. And when called upon, embrace other duties that aid our mission to illuminate the world through the lens of creativity.
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of a
high school diploma or GED .
A willingness to
traverse distant lands , with
up to 25% to 75% of your time
spent on the road.
At least
two (2) years of experience
in training roles.
A minimum of
one (1) year in a direct photographer role .
Your words should be as powerful as a dragon’s roar and as delicate as a fairy's whisper, for
both written and verbal communication skills
are essential.
Mastery of the
background check
ritual.
