This is an in-person role based in our headquarters in Los Angeles three days per week, fully stocked with snacks, beverages, cold brew, and all the good stuff.About the Role:Pearpop is seeking an experienced Creator Partnerships Leader for the Creator Partnerships team. This key role involves developing and executing creator campaigns for top-tier clients, leveraging our proprietary technology to connect brands with our extensive network of creators.This role combines leading a talented and growing team with individually managing several active campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Mentor and Develop:

Lead, mentor, and inspire the Creator Partnerships team, fostering a culture of growth, creativity, and excellence in campaign execution.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Account Management, Product, Business Development, and other key internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.Strategize and Innovate:

Craft and implement robust creator strategies tailored to specific campaigns, continuously refining success metrics and introducing new KPIs to maximize ROI.Lead Campaign Success:

Own the success of Pearpop’s marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet and exceed client expectations and deliver measurable results.Data-Driven Insights:

Leverage analytics and insights to effectively position recommended creators to clients, ensuring data informs all decision-making processes.Campaign Execution:

Oversee all aspects of creator campaign management, from sourcing and negotiation to content creation and execution, ensuring alignment with brand safety and campaign-specific criteria.What You Bring to the Table:Proven Experience:

Minimum of 5+ years in influencer marketing, with 2 years of leadership experience.Leadership Skills:

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team with strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.Analytical Mindset:

Ability to use data and insights to drive decisions and optimize campaign outcomes.Entrepreneurial Spirit:

Comfortable in a startup environment, with the ability to pivot to internal changes and create new processes.Client Communication:

Exceptional writing skills and the ability to create compelling client-facing materials.Platform Proficiency:

In-depth knowledge of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Snap, Twitter, YouTube).Bonus Points:•

Startup Savvy:

Previous experience in a social-first startup environment.•

Tech Enthusiasm:
