is seeking a talented
UI/UX Developer
to join our team. In this role, you will interact with clients to gather requirements and develop personas, journey maps, storyboards, wireframes, mockups, and design elements. You will create low-to-high fidelity mockups to present to clients and collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect delivery.This position is 100% remote.
What you will do
Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, mockups, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces based on client requirementsStay informed about industry UX trends and relevant technology advancementsCreate on-brand designs that align with the project’s creative vision and business strategy, prioritizing user experienceCollaborate with developers, engagement managers, and UX designers to deliver high-quality, creative designs for both internal and client-facing projects
What you need to have
Bachelor’s Degree with 2 to 5 years of experience, Master’s Degree with 0 to 3 years of experience, or 8 to 10 years of experience with no degreeMust be able to pass a Public Trust background checkExperience working in an Agile development environmentProficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira and ConfluenceExpertise in Human Centered Design principlesExperience creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes leading to client sign-offWorking knowledge of HTML and CS

A portfolio showcasing previous workKnowledge of responsive design and user experience design principlesProficiency with front-end languages including, HTML, JavaScript, and CSSFamiliarity with prototyping tools such as Invision Studio, Balsamiq, and SketchExperience with automated testing tools such as Jasmine, Karma or Selenium
