We invite you to join us on this exciting journey.Who We’re Looking for We are searching for a creative powerhouse with a strong ability to work independently, brainstorm innovative ways to share our story, and excel in visual design and brand development. You will play a key role in shaping and elevating our brand identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across all visual touchpoints.Key Responsibilities:Brand Development:

Lead the design and development of brand guidelines and visual identities.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.Innovate and evolve our brand aesthetic to stay ahead of market trends.Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences and designs.Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions.Visual Design:

Create compelling visual content for various platforms, including web, digital, print, booth designs, and social media.Develop and execute high-quality design concepts, graphics, and layouts.Oversee the production of visual assets, from concept to final delivery.Design and produce engaging animations and motion graphics for digital campaigns.Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate animations into broader campaign strategies.Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide regular updates.Experience leading creative development from concept to delivery.Project management software experience and detail-oriented.Our Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following:

Strong visual design skills and a marketing mentality.Experience with brand development and change management.5+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.) and Figma.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented.Passion for staying up to date with the latest design trends and technologies.Video editing experience preferred.The Perks of Working for Us: You’ll get your foot in the door as our company continues to grow.
