Description

GPI Geospatial is seeking a self-motivated Marketing & Proposal Manager to prepare a wide variety of proposals, pre-qualification documents, and presentations, among other responsibilities. The candidate will work closely with GPI Geospatial's Business Development staff, technical staff, project managers, as well as collaborate with the entirety of the marketing team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction/Geospatial industry, with relevant experience preparing proposal responses for professional services solicitations. The candidate will be enthusiastic, driven, and intrinsically motivated, with the ability to see a marketing project through from start to finish. Strong writing skills and attention to detail are desired. You'll love this position if you are:Naturally service-minded, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentDriven and eager to develop your creative marketing skills while sharing your talents with a progressive geospatial companyLooking to become an owner of an incredible firm - GPI is 100% Employee-owned & Employee-focused!Duties/Responsibilities:Review and understand RFP/RFQ documents that GPI Geospatial will respond to; develop and pro-actively manage task list and process; update and prepare documents (resumes, project write-ups, proposals, company services, matrices, SOQs, SF330 and other related documents); edit covers and graphics, assist in content development format, review, and edit final documents, coordinate subconsultant documents, produce final proposals; QA/QC all work products and ensure deadlines are metUpdate/maintain various written marketing collateral including project sheets, resumes, award submittals, brochures, templates, media relations pieces and project interview contentMaintain CRM databaseAssist with social media content for GPI Geospatial's social media pagesAssist with the planning and execution of company marketing events such as conferences, seminars, and other outreach eventsInvolvement with marketing professional societies or similar organizations to ensure continuous professional developmentParticipate in professional society events to promote networking and client relationsAbility to travel for marketing representation at conferences and support regional marketing activities(

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, English or related field desiredMinimum 2 years' experience leading or assisting proposal response efforts in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction/Geospatial industryProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and Microsoft Office SuitePossess a high degree of integrity, is outgoing, supportive, and a team playerAbility to work under tight deadlines with careful attention to detailAbility to balance workload, prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneouslyExceptional organizational and oral and written communication skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work both independently and as a team memberProven track record of success in marketing rolesExperience with CRM preferred#Pando
