This marketing specialist role is critical to the success of the team's execution of our marketing strategy. Our team is responsible for all customer base growth marketing communication for the Optimum brand, including the launch of multiple advertising campaigns per year. This role is focused on the development of marketing assets that drives customer acquisition and growth. As well as driving existing customer base sales-upgrading or adding new services.To be effective, this position requires an individual who is a strategic, analytical, and creative thinker. This position must collaborate effectively with both internal partners and the external agencies, vendors and partners to help manage the execution of a full 360 campaign that deliver real results.The role is based in Long Island City, NYResponsibilities

Provide support in the development, execution, and implementation of customer base advertising, with an emphasis on digital & email tactics. Implement marketing plans to promote offers in a clear and compelling manner, on a mass marketing and segment-specific basis, while ensuring all media is scheduled and delivered to meet deadlines.Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to develop engaging advertising. Manage creative process: assist in writing creative briefs, review and guide assets development with clear and constructive feedback and socialize deliverables for approval.Premium Network Partnership Campaigns - lead campaign management, approvals and oversee development of creative tactics on campaigns that feature and partner with major premium networks.Leverage advertising campaigns across multiple marketing channels including, but not limited to, display and paid social media, as well as ensuring creative and messaging is on strategy and synergistic.Display - Manage the creative development of digital display assets for various internal and external media placements and partners.Social Media (Paid) - Manage the creative development of paid social creative assets for various media partners (including Facebook, Instagram, Next Door).Email - Develop email creative, in partnership with creative services and external email vendor, in an offer-specific and segmented manner. Work with vendor and media team to leverage best practices, analytics, and insights to iterate and improve performance.TV Commercials - Partner with creative services and in-house editors and oversee the development of TV ads promoting current customer-based upgrade offers, along with reviewing and obtaining appropriate approvals before release, and ensuring spots are trafficked and delivered in a timely manner.Website Landing Pages - Collaborate with creative services and the web ops teams to update offer-specific web pages with new offer details, legal language and campaign creative.Partner extensively with cross-functional team of internal stakeholders including database, product, offer strategy, and legal. Interface with external partners for review and approvals.Attend various weekly status meetings, including with media team and media agency for clarity on all tactics, specs, targeting and timelines to ensure alignment.Create presentation materials, including campaign recaps. Maintain organizational documents, including status reports, timelines, and creative calendars.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fieldMulticultural (primarily Hispanic) experience is requiredAdvanced Spanish language skills (writing, reading, and speaking) and knowledge of the US Hispanic/Latinx cultural experience; proven ability to communicate persuasively in Spanish2 - 5 years' experience in marketing, agency account/project management (digital/advertising agency experience is a plus)Digital-first mindset with a clear understanding of the nuances of digital media best practicesAt Optimum, we're fueled by our four core pillars: Taking Ownership, Upholding Transparency, Creating Community, and Demonstrating Expertise. This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $64,260.00-$105,570.00/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
