Customer Communication Advisors
communicates with customers and internal personnel related to products and services. They help
customers
complete purchases, and returns, and frequently provide advice and technical assistance as well.
Requirements:
Must have
EXCELLENT
communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Must be able to multi-task with excellent time management skills
Attention to detail with accurate information and reporting
Present yourself and the company in a positive and professional manner
Flexible to schedule changes
Must have excellent customer service skills
