As a Marketing Analyst, this individual will be responsible to support the design, development, and execution of insights, reporting, and analytics within the C&S Marketing Operations team. This individual will be required to work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, proactively drive analytics, effectively communicate results, and guide strategy through insights supporting the overall growth of C&S.

This position will report to the Director, Marketing Operations within the UnitedHealthcare Community and State organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support evolving business objectives and related analytical needs

Develop data and analytics to support marketing, operations and business initiatives and priorities. Data and analytics should drive effective and efficient decision-making

Transform data into actionable information and communicate story to leadership; translating/explaining technical information to drive understanding by non-technical audiences

Guide and define report parameters are established consistent with data governance requirements

Work with ambiguous data and proactively determine key metrics to measure success

Identify relevant stakeholders needed to help define report requirements and resolve issues as needed

Scope, define, set expectations, and execute on analytical needs and outcomes for multiple teams

Support and maintain all reporting

Develop/distribute reports and dashboards to communicate results of applicable metrics (e.g., business performance, member experience)

Act as liaison between the business and technical ABLE team, effectively communicating requirements, additional data integration needs and goals

Build positive relationships within the cross-functional team to help foster and promote collaboration

Inspire and motivate other team members

5+ years of decision support, data analysis, business analysis, or marketing operations experience

Proficient knowledge of data analytic systems (Tableau, SAS, SQL)

Proven knowledge of the Medicare, Medicaid or Individual Marketplace

Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with end-to-end marketing reporting (campaign outreach, lead generation, sales funnel, conversion rates)

Track record of establishing effective cross-functional partnerships and relationships at all levels in a highly collaborative environment

Proven solid communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with the ability to cross technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience in fast-paced, complex project management, and an ability to juggle shifting timelines and priorities

The salary range for this role is $70,200 to $137,800 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
