$90,000.00 - $105,000.00 Annually

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media management, content creation, and influencer marketing, with a deep understanding of the fitness and strength industry. This role requires strong leadership skills in mentoring, coaching and developing, strategic thinking, and the ability to leverage AI tools for efficient and effective content creation.

Essential Job Functions:

Develop and lead comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals and drive brand growth.Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content for all social media platforms.Lead and mentor a team of social media coordinators and content creators.Utilize advanced video editing software (e.g., CapCut) to produce professional-grade video content.Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and key industry partners.Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance content creation and optimize social media performance.Analyze social media metrics and trends to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.Stay ahead of social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to keep REP Fitness at the forefront of the fitness industry.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
