US Auto Trust is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. The role will be responsible for researching, collecting, analyzing and presenting information to support sales and marketing across all dealerships within the auto group in California. The ideal candidate will have a passion for details, an analytical mindset, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Compensation:

$80-$100k

Key Responsibilities

Customer Database and CRM:Manage customer data for each dealership (13+ databases)Access, organize, clean and segment customer/prospect data setsCRM marketing administration, integrations, templates, setups and changesMaintain legal complianceReporting and Analysis:

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annul reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of marketing initiativesTrack CRM usage and measure sales team performance of leads sourced from the internet, phone and walk-in shoppersCollect and analyze data across marketing channels, including CRM, websites, digital ads, email, phones, social media, chat, and traditional marketingMaintain marketing budgets and track actual spend, coop and APUse statistical tools to interpret data, paying particular attention to trends and patternsPresent findings, insights and visualizations in a clear, concise mannerThird Party Data Management:

Partner with third-party vendors to ensure data integrations are connected, accurate and reporting properly through the DMS and CRM at all timesInventory monitoring, including vehicle merchandising, feed syndication, OEM compliance, legal disclaimersCampaign Analysis:

Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide recommendations for optimization.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) for various marketing activities.Collaboration:

Monitor websites, marketing materials and third parties to ensure accurate information, including proper model year representation and vehicle dataWork closely with the marketing team to develop data-driven strategies and initiatives.Collaborate with other departments and dealership personnel to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts.Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related field

Skills:Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systemsProficient in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data setsExcellent communication and presentation skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamTier 3 Automotive experience a plus
