Raindrop is a fast-growing agency and the leader in Marketing People Love. We're looking for a passionate Vertical Content Manager with strong experience in content creation, social media and digital marketing to help us create, manage, and scale our clients' social content.

By forming a dynamic partnership with our Social Media team, you'll play a crucial role in elevating our creative game through engaging video content. From conceptualizing and filming vertical videos for TikTok, Reels, Meta ads, and more, you'll transform ideas into scroll-stopping social content. Collaborating closely with our internal teams in a fast-paced agency environment, you'll curate, shoot, and refine high-quality content. Responsibilities

Collaborate with Social Media and Account Managers to understand client needsSynthesize brand identities and client goals into creative social ideasPitch concepts to internal teamsCollaborate with other departments to create campaign conceptsAssist with pre-production elements, such as casting, prop management, shot listPre-light and set up for in-studio social shootsShoot vertical video content in your home and at the Raindrop studioPunch up, edit, or re-purpose existing assets from our clients content databasePartner closely with production, motion design and editing teams to produce vertical contentWork through client edits and serve as final asset approverAssist in building process and organization of asset creationStay up-to-date on social and video trends and techniques through ongoing trainingRequirements

1-2 years of relevant experience in content creation and in-studio production for social-first videoThorough understanding of lighting, framing, and camera equipmentExperience building production schedules/AVTs/shot listsFluent in video editing software native to iPhone to ensure content is on-brand and eye-catchingProficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc. is a plusBenefits
