About the Job:* Support all aspects of email marketing, including content creation, strategy, list management, development, testing, deployment, and reporting.* Manage the email calendar, send volume, and list targeting, adjusting cadence based on performance testing and segmentation results.* Coordinate campaign workflows with creative, digital marketing, and communication teams to ensure timely execution.* Review and optimize marketing campaigns with enhanced graphics, personalization, and automation.* Work with product stakeholders to align and execute marketing plans.* Interpret marketing documents and assist in creating automated, timely, and on-brand emails. About You:* A bachelor's degree is preferred.* 4+ years of proven email marketing experience; experience with strategizing and trends is a plus.* Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email reporting are required.* Agency or non-profit experience is a plus.* Demonstrated project management skills with strong attention to detail.
