Provide overall leadership inthe area of sales and marketing with the goal of improving and/or maintainingthe census of the communityNurturing relationships with prospects, contacts and referralsources to meet established sales and occupancy goalsDevelop and execute Marketing Action PlansCreate and foster a salesculture within the communitySupervise and manage Marketing Associate and/or Marketing ManagerQualifications
Bachelor's degreeSupervisory experience in senior living preferred
