As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping our marketing strategies for Credit Card and Personal Loan products by providing insights through data analysis and executing campaigns. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to optimize our marketing efforts. You will support the team in helping craft overall marketing strategies and executing on those strategies. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple marketing channels and to work closely with the product team within Card and Loan. The ideal candidate will be an eager, motivated self-starter who is willing to dive in and learn anything they may not be an expert at currently.
What you doConduct comprehensive market analysis and provide actionable insights for marketing Credit Card and Personal Loan productsDevelop and maintain detailed marketing dashboards and reportsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing campaignsWork closely with product team to make sure marketing materials are up-to-date with latest pricing strategy and disclosuresEvaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend data-driven improvements for optimizationBuild business cases for new marketing initiativesManage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunitiesPresent findings to senior management and stakeholdersWhy you're a fit
Bachelor's Degree2+ years of experience in marketing, product, and/or analyticsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesFinancial services and/or start-up experienceDesired experience
