WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

As an

Assistant Community Manager

at Enclave Property Management you would provide general oversight to assigned properties and tenants, ensuring service standards are maintained and policies enforced. In addition to maintaining a positive company image, you would:Demonstrate thorough knowledge and understanding of all current and proposed propertiesPartner with Community Manager to provide timely marketing efforts & maintain an adequate source of qualified rentersPartner with Leasing Consultants to promote and lease units; maximizing both occupancy and income potentialAssist the Community Manager in implementing policies and procedures for effective management, property preservation, and tenant satisfactionAssist the Community Manager in developing and managing all assigned personnel; working together to maximize occupancy & documentation to ensure tenant and owner satisfactionResolve difficult tenant issues while maintaining the resident relationship & integrity of the propertySkills & Qualifications:

High School Degree required3 years of progressive administrative responsibilitiesPrevious property management or sales experience preferredExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve day-to-day issuesAbility to work and direct team membersEffective written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organization and planning skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Appfolio software experience a plus!Valid Drivers LicenseHOW WE'RE DIFFERENT
