The Paid Social Media Manager is a part of our unique and growing team of lead generation specialists. In this supporting role, the Paid Social Media Manager will work closely with our network of franchisee studios across the domestic US, as well as 5 approved digital agency partners, to effectively implement local paid media campaigns. This is a hands-on role that is essential to our business growth strategy within our paid media channels.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIESSupporting the development of our paid social lead generation strategy, working closely with 5 approved advertising agencies to ensure they are implementing local paid media campaigns effectively and following best practices.Owning the auditing of end-to-end management and deliverables of specified paid social campaigns from implementation to optimization, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Working alongside our marketing and lead generation teams to ensure short and long-term targets are being met and sharing learnings to support and scale paid social marketing.Enhancing digital's overall approach to Paid Social marketing and designing strategies that can be automated and executed at scale.Adopting a continual 'test and learn' approach to all Paid Social activities and innovating to enhance campaign performance using new features and technologies.Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager on the day-to-day management of Local Approved agencies, supporting franchisee calls and working with the Franchise Business Managers on necessary reporting.Analyze performance data, identify opportunities, and optimize campaigns to maximize results and with a focus on improving local playbook.Provide support to data onboarding and management initiatives.Support the development of local franchises educational materials and webinars.Collaborate closely with 5 approved digital agencies to ensure effective local paid media campaigns and best practices.QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of relevant paid social experience, with strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.Advertising agency experience supporting multi-location or franchisee business models.Proficient in Facebook Business & Ads Manager, Snapchat, TikTok, and other local lead-gen channels.Strong understanding of marketing tracking and UTMs.Preferred Qualifications

Experience around any data visualization tools - PowerBI, Tableau, or similarPrevious experience in Fitness / Health & Wellness (or comparable industry)Client-facing advertising agency experience requiring effective communication skillsFamiliarity around booking or membership-based business modelsCOMPETENTIES:

Proven analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from large data sets in Excel.Proven experiences with launching, monitoring and analyzing hyper local and regional ad campaigns.Hands-on experience improving processes and developing data-driven solutions.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a flexible, agile mindset.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
