We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Strategist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our web traffic and our brand awareness. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development:Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.Define the most important social media KPIs.Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Community Management:Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency.Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels.Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience.
Qualifications:Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.Good understanding of social media KPIs.Familiarity with web design and publishing.Excellent multitasking skills.Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
