SUMMARY: The Marketing and Communications Intern will work with theValley Children's Marketing and Communications team to develop, edit andprovide input on marketing materials for Valley Children's Healthcare. Thisposition will provide a fourth-year university undergraduate or graduatestudent real-world experience in healthcare communications through hands-onwork.
EXPERIENCE:
Current fourth year undergraduate student or higher at California State University, Fresno, pursuing degree in communications, journalism, public relations or related field with a special interest/double major/minor in health communicationsWriting experience (including press releases, professional emails, web writing, etc)Knowledge of AP styleExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsEDUCATION/LICENCES/CERTIFICATIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma as accredited by the US Department of Education or GEDCurrent enrollment in undergraduate or graduate level degree program at California State University, Fresno and have completed at least one semester of classes
POSITION DETAILS : Position will be 150 hours in one semester. Schedule will be determined by leader of department. This is posted for the fall semester.
PAY : $21.00
