And we are all about innovation-passionate about pushing boundaries and making a difference in the industries we serve.The Marketing Intern will focus on aspects critical to the growth of membership and tradeshows and the accuracy of the AEM database that will lead to improved member engagement.Responsibilities include:Work closely with our global supporting publication, association, and delegation programs.Work closely with prospective partners, establishing relationships, managing questions, and more.Work in our CRM portal to manage attendee lists/prospect lists and digital leads.Analytical reporting and database management.Assisting the Marketing team with data mining lists of attendee prospects for upcoming tradeshows or digital events.In addition to receiving firsthand experience working in Marketing for a large international association, AEM provides additional training and development opportunities for interns. The program was nominated in 2023 & 2024 to be a Top Internship Program, and provides activities such as:Workshops on career-pathing, networking, resume building, Microsoft Excel, and more.Thorough performance review process.Intern group lunches and activities.Professional photoshoot.Volunteering opportunities.About AEM:AEM is the leading organization in North America advancing construction and agriculture equipment manufacturers and their value chain partners in the global marketplace.
