High volume title company is looking for a licensed title agent to join our North Carolina team. Applicant must be able to work within a high energy, high paced environment while always maintaining professionalism.
Role and Responsibilities Include:Review title opinions and produce title commitments, including completion of final title policiesAbility to work closely with team members and real estate professionals throughout North Carolina, while cultivating and developing relationshipsUndertake daily administrative tasks and communication with team members to ensure the functionality, performance and implementation of all productionParticipation in team building projects to facilitate business developmentJob Requirements:
Presents self in a professional manner and have excellent verbal and written communication skillsWell-organized with a customer-oriented approachStrong time management skillsTeam playerAbility to communicate and build relationships with staff members and other professional partiesPreferred Experience:
Licensed in NC as a Title AgentTitle company or real estate experienceThe expected salary range for this position is between:$0.00 - $0.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
