Parkhill is seeking a motivated part-time student to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will assist marketing staff, firm leadership, subject matter experts (SMEs), and consultants in coordinating, developing, and producing proposals and other marketing materials. Responsibilities include idea generation, authoring and editing written content, managing outbound campaigns, web copy, and social media activities. We have 13 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.Your ContributionAssist with the preparation and organization of conventions and tradeshows.Assist with proposal development and production in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Edit content for grammar, style, consistency, and compliance with guidelines.Participate in QA/QC reviews of proposals.Coordinate with firm leadership, SMEs and other marketing staff.Contribute to the creation of proposal content, whitepapers, projects sheets, resumes, award submissions, brochures, public relations materials, and interview preparations.Ensure all content is comprehensive, compelling, client-specific, and consistent with Parkhill's brand standards.Support general marketing duties, including participating in internal and external marketing meetings, continuing education activities, and presentations.Your QualificationsCurrently enrolled in a college or university, working toward a degree in a related field.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.Benefits and PerksWe offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
