Labels Design Associate - Pharma Industry

Our divisions operate in a complex global regulatory environment and ensure that vital medicines are delivered securely on time and wherever they are needed in the world.The purpose of this position is to production of specialized labels for use on client specific projects for clinical trials and to provide support in the Operations Department with a variety of professional assignments.Your role at Clinigen :Produces clinical trial labels from approved label text proofs using the tabletop thermal transfer printer and associated softwareAccurate and timely completion and filing of required paperworkMaintain and receive clinical label inventory within Clinigen CSM’s inventory management systemActively update At Task following the completion of each labeling activityGenerates print randomizations from client kit listsResponsible for communicating operational and personal concerns as well as opportunities for improvement to the department leadershipPerform routine cGMP inspections, disposition and maintenance of clinical trial materialsRequirementsTo be successful in this role you should have:1 year of related work experience in an office setting1 year of direct label experienceFamiliar with the tools, concepts, and methodologies of label design (graphics) and printing desiredExperience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), or Good Documentation Practices (GDP)We’re excited about you if you have:Ability to work independently or within a teamDetail oriented to produce timely and accurate workExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with active listening abilitySelf-motivated with exceptional time management skills to prioritize work and efficiently react to change in a fast paced environmentMaintain a high regard for confidentiality while dealing with all clients, proprietary, and pharmaceutical related informationHighly computer literate; experience operating with all Microsoft Office softwarePrisym labeling software experienceBenefitsWhile at Clinigen, you’ll enjoy:The culture.
