RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through various communication channels.
Assist in organizing and attending community events and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to transition leads into clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
Educate prospects and customers by utilizing needs-based, customer-focused conversations that enable them to navigate their future with confidence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Able to obtain Property and Casualty license
Able to obtain and Life and Health license
Sales experience preferred
Marketing experience preferred
Able to make presentations to potential customers
Self-motivated
People-oriented
Creative in problem-solving and goal achievement
Excellent in collaborative communication with team members and customers
