Role OverviewAs a Social Media Strategist at Congruent, you'll lead the development and execution of strategic social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This role goes beyond traditional social media management—it's about living and breathing the content, understanding audience dynamics, and constantly iterating to optimize performance. What you'll do

Strategy & Research:

Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive organic social media strategies that drive engagement and follower growth. Utilize a data-driven approach to optimize campaigns and provide strategic recommendations for various platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and YouTube.

Content Creation & Curation:

Craft engaging copy and visual content tailored to each platform's unique audience. Lead the creation of content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with broader marketing strategies.

Community Engagement:

Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering a positive and engaging community experience. Provide insights into audience behavior and feedback, adapting strategies as needed.

Performance Analysis:

Track and analyze social media metrics, reporting on campaign effectiveness and making data-informed decisions to enhance future strategies.

Client Collaboration:

Work closely with clients to understand their goals, target audience, and brand voice. Ensure all social media efforts align with their broader marketing objectives and reflect their unique brand identity.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Act as a thought leader within the agency, sharing insights and innovations that can enhance our clients' social media strategies.

What You'll Need

2-4 years of experience in social media strategy and content creation, preferably in an agency setting managing multiple clients.

Proven ability to create compelling, platform-specific content, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn.

Expertise in utilizing tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms (e.g.: Planable).

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret social media metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to clients and internal teams.

A deep understanding of various social media platforms' nuances and audience behaviors, with a passion for staying ahead of trends.

What You'll Receive

Competitive salary ranging from $60,000-$75,000 annually.
