What’s the role?
Our Marketing Services Representative is responsible for providing quality support to our customers, dealers, sale reps and partners. This is a position that promotes dynamic growth within the company, since it will play a critical role in connecting the functionality of marketing, sales, and legality. Each MSR essentially helps to increase the productivity of our sales representatives, provide dealer customer service and assistance with other duties.

What you’ll do as our Marketing Services Representative?
Providing world class customer support for various sales-related issuesCarefully and thoughtfully analyzing data and deriving potential solutions for potential or existing customers and sales representativesFocusing on the purpose of promoting the company’s products and servicesProviding conclusion and recommendations to the sales structure for further actionsGather critical data via telephone or electronic inquiries with potential or existing customersQuickly understanding customer needs and effectively communicate benefits of Westlake productsQualifying new business and follow up on all sales leads that are assignedResponsible for tracking, creating and reporting resultsWorking closely with sales to transfer qualified leadsEstablishing and maintaining effective relationships with prospects and customers and gain their trust and respectQualities we look for in our Marketing ServicesRepresentative
Must have Bachelor’s Degree; New professionals and new college graduates are welcomeStrong communications skills (Written and Verbal)Detail-orientedExceptional time management & organizational skillsEfficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environmentHighly motivated, results-oriented, high-integrity sales professionalThrives in a team environmentHas the ability to work using Fax, Scanner & other general office toolsKnowledgeable of Website navigationPrevious work experience in marketing support environment, finance company or auto industry a plus, but not a requirementWhat’s the expected pay for this role?
$17.28 per hour plus bonus potential of up to $1,530 a month based on performance.Salary: $35,942.40.40 - $54,302.40 per yearThe exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.What benefits do we offer?
