Full-Time/ExemptPosition Summary:The Creative Marketing and Communications Specialist plays a pivotal part in advancing our marketing strategies and enhancing communications efforts. This role will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of creative marketing strategies to effectively promote our agency's services while also enhancing our brand presence in the industry. Our mission is to create and offer unrivaled marketing content more quickly, while having a clear understanding of the audience at reach. This new position encompasses a broad scope of responsibilities that include creating digital media, brand management, budget management, internal and external communications, social media strategy, website management, digital analytics and content creation. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas and relish in a role that celebrates strategic creativity and communication.The position is required to work from one of our LEO offices in Memphis, Nashville, or Chattanooga, TN or the Detroit-Metro area.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Creative Marketing:Maintain a strong knowledge of the LEO Events brand, our capabilities, and client needs to support business development and client target lists.Support the conceptualization, development, and execution of creative marketing campaigns that individualize our agency and resonate with multiple audiences.Assist in managing and executing media publications and lists for the department under the direction of the Director.Utilize data insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns that optimize strategic, creative, and analytical processes through the company's website, social media, and other forms of digital marketing and advertising for maximum impact and ROI.o Collaborate with the creative team on SEO/SEM for company websiteso Analyze keywords and traffic data to make informed, data-driven decisions and revenue attribution.o Analyze past marketing strategies, propose process improvements, and execute real-time optimization of digital marketing campaigns to meet changing market and competitive conditions.Assist in managing internal and external resources in preparation and delivery of marketing forecasts and budgets.o Ensure resources are allocated efficiently and projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.Assist in creating philanthropic marketing campaigns for LEO Gives initiatives.Support the Executive Program Manager with internal events and culture initiatives.Assist executing marketing campaigns for the LEO studio brandCommunications:Assist with executing public relations and communication efforts to enhance the company's reputation and brand visibility.Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards across all communications.Cross-collaborate with the strategy team to develop and write engaging content across multiple platforms, including digital, social media, print, industry award nominations and submissions, industry publications, and more.Assist leading a high-performing marketing team to support the company's business development goals while interfacing and collaborating with other departments.Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Project Manager to ensure that campaigns, deliverables, and other action items are on track for timely completion.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, digital technologies, or related field.4+ years of experience within B2B agency or digital marketing, customer experience, strategy, or a related field.Experience in digital, brand, and email marketing, as well as budgeting, specifically from a services background.Strong experience with SEO and Google Analytics.Experience in leveraging client insights to drive digital marketing and brand strategies.Photography experience is preferred but not required.Competencies:Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.Exceptional writing, editing and communications skills, including impressive presentation skills with a strong commitment to accuracy.Experience in creative digital campaign developmentDemonstrated creative & critical-thinking skills.Proficiency in business analytics, B2B relationship management, strategy development, project management, and problem-solving skillsExperience in graphic design principals and software tools such as Canva.Strong computer skills, including Mac, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Asana, HubSpot, Dropbox, and WordPress.Enthusiastic and supportive team member willing to assist colleagues as needed.Strong drive towards achieving the company's goals.Willingness to travel at least 5-10% and work occasional nights and weekends.Environmental Conditions and Physical Demands:Employee required to spend a portion of time in a seated position looking at a computer screen. Employee required to do some standing and walking.
