Whether it's developing new and exclusive costumes, quality testing products, or implementing technology solutions, our teams understand the value of working collaboratively to embrace change through innovation, curiosity, and thoughtfulness.ResponsibilitiesThe ISE Technician will use their engineering experience and animatronics knowledge to inspect and maintain ISE displays, ensuring company merchandise objectives are met. They will work with managers to support store teams by conducting repairs, providing troubleshooting feedback, and handling guest returns to reduce damage discard rates. This role aims to uphold visual and operational standards, enhance the guest experience, and drive sales.Focus on store setup within territory, ensuring mechanical support during store assemblyCollaborate with Territory Support Manager, Zone Managers, District Managers, and Store Teams to address merchandising challengesConduct in-store repairs on guest animatronic returns and coordinate with the Zombie Tech Squad for partsCommunicate troubleshooting information and uphold visual standards through daily and weekly team callsDocument ISE and animatronic placements with before and after photosTravel to assess and improve visual merchandising presentations, sharing feedback with the Zombie Tech Squad and Visual teamParticipate in store teardown processes, ensuring compliance with end-of-season strategies and policiesActively participate in daily and weekly team callsPerform other duties as assigned by managementQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required; 4-year college degree preferred1+ year of experience with Spirit Halloween preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Publisher, and ExcelAbility to travel extensivelySelf-starter with excellent communication skillsDetail-oriented with proven ability to understand and interpret visual presentation directionsMechanical/engineering experience to handle repairs in a timely fashionAbility to work independently as well as in a team environment
