Description:As The Performance Marketing Manager you will be responsible for creating the demand generation engine to ensure a successful sales pipeline. You will be overseeing and implementing online marketing campaigns aimed at driving measurable results, such as increased website traffic and lead / demand generation.PLEASE READ:

While this role is based in the US, the marketing focus is global, particularly emphasizing the Chinese market. Therefore, fluency in Chinese is an essential requirement.The primary focus will be on utilizing digital channels effectively to optimize campaign performance and achieve specific objectives:Campaign Strategy Execution:

Execute on strategic plans for digital multi-channel marketing campaigns based on the company's goals, target audience, and budget. Drive demand and adoption of our products, including experiments and A/B tests.Channel Selection and Optimization:

Select appropriate digital marketing channels such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing, and continuously optimize them for better performance.Budget Management:

Manage the budget allocated for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation across channels to maximize return on investment (ROI).Campaign Execution:

Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, including creating ad creatives, setting up targeting parameters, and launching campaigns on various platforms.Data Analysis and Performance Tracking:

Monitor campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Based on data analysis, make adjustments to campaigns to improve performance.Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams and 3rd party vendors / agencies:

Work closely with teams such as product development, sales, and creative agencies to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure consistency in messaging.Market Research and Competitive Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, conduct market research, and analyze competitors to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.Reporting and Communication:

Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.Skills & ToolsFluency in Chinese languageMinimum of 2-5 years in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketingProven track record of managing significant demand generation campaigns for B2BExperience in SaaS or tech-related industries (preferred)Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metricsProficiency or some level of experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media advertising platforms, and analytics toolsExcellent communication and project management skillsBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field (preferred)Some level of experience with ProficiencyProficiency or some level of experience with Final Cut, Adobe PR / Effect
