A strategic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager with a comprehensive skill set that encompasses both technical SEO, a strong grasp of technical website development, and the integration of marketing technologies to optimize the user experience, enabling more sophisticated tracking, testing, and personalization strategies that align with website goals and enhance overall digital performance.

In-depth involvement in website development is critical, overseeing site architecture, ensuring coding best practices, and deploying cutting-edge web technologies to foster an agile, secure, and scalable online presence that drives marketing performance and delivers measurable results.

The utilization of marketing technologies such as or similar to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Target to improve UX and the conversion rate from website visitor to lead to patient. Working closely with the SEO Manager to ensure seamless integration of organic strategies, contributing to a comprehensive approach to increasing organic visibility, website engagement, and website appointment lead volume.

EducationBachelors Degree : Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or a related field (Required)Combination of education and experience may be considered

Experience5 Years experience in a relevant professional role in website management and digital marketing strategies (Required)General Experience with the management of web properties focusing on maintaining high performance, robust security measures, timely updates, and seamless functionality to support marketing initiatives and user engagement (Required)General Experience in generating and interpreting traffic and conversion reports, using tools like Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or Adobe Analytics, to inform data-driven marketing decisions (Required)General Experience and solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Essential for direct coding, troubleshooting, and optimizing web interfaces to enhance site performance and user experience (Required)General Experience with PHP to troubleshoot server issues, understand error logs, and maintain backend functionality for seamless web operations (Required)General Experience in the use of Content Management Systems (CMS), with a preference for Drupal (Required)General Experience with project management, with the ability to communicate effectively and organize tasks efficiently (Required)General Experience in conducting comprehensive site audits, implementing schema markup, and performing backlink analysis to improve search visibility and drive organic traffic (Preferred)
