We are currently looking for a
Senior Marketing Specialist (Bilingual)
to join our growing team, who will be responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing plans that drive incremental traffic, enhance brand identity and boost customer retention. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent messaging across all media, assess the effectiveness of campaigns, and provide recommendations for improvements.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and oversee campaign setup, execution, and ongoing optimization across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital media channelsAnalyze performance results for broad reach channels and provide insightful findings, recommendations and optimizations to achieve KPIsDevelop and implement integrated campaign planning and reporting effortsIdentify opportunities for market and platform expansion, diving in to region-specific performance trendsCollaborate with cross functional internal teams across product, engineering, data, and finance while building relationships with external agency partnersPOSITION REQUIREMENTS
Three or more (3+) years of experience in performance marketing, ad agency or related fieldsSkills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, along with familiarity with project management and dashboards like Looker StudioStrong analytical and quantitative skills, along with familiarity with Google Analytics and SQLProven experience in content marketing, including content development for strategic eventsFamiliarity with broad reach mediums such as streaming video (OTT/CTV), streaming audio, linear TV, and podcasts media planning and executionExcellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize high volume, high priority initiatives in dynamic, fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English requiredMust be able to be fully onsite and come to the office Monday through FridayPERKS & BENEFITS

ODK Media, Inc. offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated salary for this role ranges from
$60,000 to $70,000 . Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
