Our client, a trendy fashion brand is seeking for a Social Media Manager!This temp to hire role is hybrid (3 days on-site) in Vernon, CA.Responsibilities:Develop, create, and curate high-quality, engaging content tailored for Instagram andTikTok, including photos, videos, and stories, that align with the brands voice and aesthetic.Curate photos, videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and other supporting assets for our editorial shoots and campaigns.Design and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, sales, and follower growth on Instagram and TikTok.Plan and maintain the content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.Work with UGC creators and influencers to produce engaging, platform-specific content to help grow an audience, convert followers into customers, and drive sales. This involves continuous research on ideal brand partners and influencer collaborators, building and fostering relationships with both our internal PR agency and creators directly, as well as managing product gifting and inventory.Engage with followers, respond to comments and direct messages in a timely manner, and foster a vibrant online community by encouraging user-generated content and conversations.Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, challenges, and platform updates, and incorporate them into the brands social media strategy to maintain relevancy and engagement.Track and analyze social media performance metrics in Instagram and TikTok and provide regular reports to measure the success of campaigns and inform future strategies.Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns, including contests, giveaways, and collaborations, to drive engagement and follower growth.Were looking for someone who:Has 3+ years in social media and content creation, ideally with fashion experienceIs hands-on.
