Job ResponsibilitiesIn person marketing with guests checking into our resortsSchedule the guest to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshopThe coordinator may offer gifts to the guest for participating in the updatePartner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of the guests that should be checking in during their shiftDistributing parking passes, activity schedules, and area brochures to the guestMust meet production standards on a weekly basisJob Expectations and Requirements
1 to 3 years of sales and or marketing experience is preferred, not requiredMaintain production standardsProficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and smart devicesClear and concise written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a team environment within a shared spaceHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferredBenefits, Compensation, and Training

**The target annual compensation for this role is $75,000 comprised of hourly rate, bonuses and commissions. Top performers may earn up to $118,000+ for exceeding minimum production requirements. The actual compensation of the candidate(s) selected for this role may be affected by a variety of factors, including but not limited to performance, experience, education, skills, prior training, and work location.

CompensationDuring the initial training period, the hourly wage is $16.00 plus commissions and bonuses. After the initial training period, the compensation is the state's minimum wage per hour, plus commissions and bonuses.
