About the job Marketing Analyst

We are looking for an experienced marketing analyst to join our team and to drive growth for our portfolio of clients. The role will be part of our analytics team which is the cornerstone for our entire service offering. As such, this role will have a direct impact on the marketing strategies of our clients.

At the strategic level, you will work with stakeholders to develop marketing strategies informed by data, as well as continually improve our company processes to deliver consistent results. Specifically, you will provide insights that drive growth that won't be necessarily readily evident without a deep analysis on the data.

At the tactical level, you will help validate new marketing angles alongside a creative team, analyze CRO experiments, and work with channel performance data to look for new opportunities. This requires you to have a strong understanding across a wide variety of marketing channels (paid search, paid social, organic search, earned media, influencers/affiliates, video, display, and shopping ads). You will be responsible for delivering both ad-hoc and scheduled reporting, as well as performing in-depth analysis for key marketing initiatives that cover 7-figure ad buys.

Note: This position is opened only to United States of America residents.

The below are some traits and experience we believe are necessary for this role:

*

Ability to think on your feet. You can answer ad-hoc questions from clients with confidence and are able to support your answers with data.

*

Data driven and passion for analytics. You love solving puzzles and teasing out trends/insights from datasets.

*

Excel Fanatic. You love using Excel. You have an innate ability to organize data in an effective way to highlight the insight you've uncovered.

*

Strong attention to details. You are intimately aware that the devil is in the details and have a proven track record demonstrating this skill.

*

Strategic thought process and results oriented. You tackle issues with sensibility and always see things to the end. You are goal oriented and are tactful in achieving results.

*

Excellent written and verbal communication. You can easily simplify a complex topic and you are able to use a variety of different methods to convey your message (including the effective use of charts).

*

Have a high standard of excellence that borders on perfection, while being pragmatic enough to deliver results. While you love data and can provide deep insights, you understand the fine balance between over-analysis and delivering results.

*

Are a lifelong learner, and a high sense of curiosity. You have a growth mindset and keep up with digital trends so you always stay one step ahead.

*

Have a sense of humbleness. While you may be excellent at what you do, when it comes to tackling issues, you are open-minded and have a sense of humility.

Note: This position is opened only to United States of America residents.

Some of the experience you have:

*

Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field or work experience in lieu.

*

Digital marketing background with at least 2 years of direct experience in ecommerce, either in an agency or brand role.

*

1 or more years of working with: Google Analytics, and the reporting elements of Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

*

Prior experience providing reporting to executive teams. This includes developing presentations using Microsoft Office or Google Slides.

*

Deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem and analytics (e.g. multi-touch attribution models).

We value you and what you bring to the table so we offer:

*

Competitive salaries.

*

Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.

*

Health spending account.

*

Unlimited paid time off.

*

Fully remote work

*

*
