The Community Liaison will promote grassroots marketing and recruiting initiatives for a growing non-medical home care office. This includes participating in relevant community events, and contacting, presenting, and developing referral relationships that result in a continuous flow of referrals and applicants to ensure that all growth goals are met. Interfaces with various referral sources and partners with other professionals to coordinate care and further develop those partnerships. Expected to develop and execute a sales plan, host events, make presentations, call referrals, and develop strong, long-lasting relationships.Qualifications:Individual must love speaking with different kinds of people and making a difference in the lives of others atthe grassroots level.Knowledge equivalent to that which would normally be acquired by completing a four-year college degreeprogram in Marketing/Business Administration.Three to five years of measured success and progressively more responsible or expansive sales experiencepreferable in the healthcare industry.Demonstrated proactivity and self-starting nature.Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as positive professional, businessimage.Must genuinely care for seniors and their needs and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure their needsare met.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Must possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, time management, andorganizational skills.Have the ability to speak clearly and present well in a group.Positive, professional, business image.Ability to persuade others to change their minds or behavior.Required to actively listen, giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand thepoints being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.Ability to managing own time and the time of others.Must have social perceptiveness through being aware of others; reactions and understanding why they reactas they do.Ability to negotiate by bringing others together and trying to reconcile differences.Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships.Hard-working self-starter that is committed to starting a successful career in outside sales.Willing to set and achieve challenging sales goals and successfully manage accounts within a designatedarea.Strategic planning ability to anticipate changing business conditions and take appropriate action.
