The major function of this position is:

The Brand & Communications intern is primarily responsible for assisting team members with Brand asset maintenance and development. In this role, the Brand & Communications intern will gain experience preparing marketing assets for new product launches, sharing feedback on new tool implementation, and supporting the execution of Brand & Communications projects.

Essential duties:Coordinate cross-functional projects between Visual Merchandising, Marketing and Communications teamsSupport product launch asset preparations including coordinating standard photography, updating and maintaining product data, and finalizing product bulletinsReview virtual try-on renderings and provide feedback according to established guidelinesUpload and maintain Brand assets to the Maui Jim Brand CenterPlace PR ordersOther duties as assignedDesired Qualifications:

College Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, communication, or business-related field.Skills required to perform job:

Familiar with Adobe InDesign and PhotoshopProficient in PowerPoint and ExcelProject and time management skillsStrong attention-to-detail and organizational skills
